Zato sada ispravljam grešku. Procijediti i pustiti u cjediljci da se ocijedi sva voda. Gnječilicom za krumpir usitniti povrće, dodati jaje, češnjak i začine. Dodati krušnih mrvica dok se ne napravi kompaktna smjesa. Raditi popečke, uvaljati ih u krušne mrvice i peći na malo ulja. Tako sam kupila slanutkovo brašno, koje je čekalo, čekalo...i eto pretvorilo se u Farinatu. Mislila sam i palačinke raditi s njim, ali kako su djeca bila "oduševljena" s ovim jelom odustala.</p><p>U svojoj jednostavnosti totalno je posebno, no svidjela se samo meni i njemu, a legenda kaže u jednoj od priča...</p><div style="background-color: #fbfbfb; background-repeat: no-repeat; box-sizing: border-box; font-family: "work sans"; position: relative; text-align: left;"><i><a href="https://krenizdravo.dnevnik.hr/prehrana/zdravi-recepti/farinata-od-slanutka-zlato-na-tanjuru-od-4-sastojka"><span style="background-repeat: no-repeat; box-sizing: border-box; font-weight: bolder; position: relative;">1284. godinu</span>,</a> kada je Genova u bitki kod Melorije pobijedila Pisu. Genovske galije po povratku našle su se u oluji i tijekom nevremena su se prosule bačve s uljem i vreće brašna od slanutka, miješajući i natapajući se s morskom vodom.<br />Kako su zalihe hrane na brodu bile skromne, čudna mješavina koja se stvorila nije bačena, već je data kao hrana zatvorenicima koji su bili na brodu i veslali. Mnogi od njih su odbili tu groznu kašu, ostavljajući je na palubi cijeli dan pod suncem, koje ju je peklo, pretvarajući je u neku vrstu zlatne palačinke. Vođeni glađu, drugi dan su je okusili neki zatvorenici otkrivši njezinu iznenađujuće ukusnu aromu.<br />Kod kuće, Genovljani su ponovili eksperiment, ali kuhajući smjesu u pećima na drva. Izmiksati pjenasto žumanjke i šećer. Dodavati žlicu po žlicu brašna s praškom za pecivo. Istući bjelanjke u čvrsti snijeg i lagano sjediniti sa smjesom od žumanjaka i brašna. Biskvit izliti u pleh od pećnice i staviti peći na 180 stupnjeva, dok ne dobije zlatno-smeđu boju. (brzo će biti pečen) Za nadjev očišćene jabuke narezati na sitne kockice, staviti u veći lonac, dodati šećer i 8 dl vode. Kuhati dok jabuke ne omekšaju. Kada su jabuke kuhane, usitniti ih štapnim mikserom. Posebno u 2 dl vode dodati pudinge, promiješati i dodati u smjesu s jabukama. Miješati na laganoj vatri dok se ne zgusne. Vruću kremu izliti na biskvit. Kada se kolač ohladi, izmiksati slatko vrhnje u šlag i premazati preko kreme. Napraviti dvije kugle. </div><div>Kobasice u komadu prepržiti na tavi, izvaditi ih i na toj masnoći prodinstati poriluk, sitno narezan, dvije jabuke narezane na kockice, podliti malo vodom i pustiti da kuha oko 15 minuta. U to umiješati dvije žlice brašna, tri žlice senfa, mlijeko i timjan. Malo zakuhati. Kobasice narezati na kolutove i dodati smjesi. Par kolutova kobasica pustiti za ukras. Prvu kuglu utisnuti u protvan i od nje napraviti donju koru. Na nju staviti nadjev. Drugu kuglu razvaljati na masnom papiru kako bi je lakše mogli prebaciti. Dodati izrezanu kapulu, sušene pomidore i malo dinstati, zaliti sve vrhnjem. Dodati malo vode i kuhati dok se kapula ne rastopi. Kada ste zadovoljni umakom, ubaciti baby špinat tek toliko da uvene. Zadnje dvije godine radim s jednim slobodnim danom, bez praznika, spajanja i sve ga onoga što "normalni" radni ljudi imaju. Teško mi je i imam tako malo slobodnog vremena, a najmanje za svoje slobodne aktivnosti kojih je poprilično. Ali raditi se mora...Pokvario mi se auto i bila sam prisiljena ostati doma...prala, sam, čistila, skidala lustere i kuhala. Već neko vrijeme u škrinji čeka 2 kg lošinjskih škampi koje mi je prijateljica dobavila. Cure i ja smo ostale same i odučila sam spremiti rižoto od pola kila škampi. Vrijeme teče nemilo i nezaustavljivo. Kada se sjedinilo, zalila sam vinom i tekućim pomom, popaprila, dodala češnjak i sve začine osim peršina. Zalila vodom i pustila da krčka sve dok leća ne omekša. Dodavati vode do gustoće koju želite da vam bolonjez ima. Kod nas sve mora biti čisto jer se ne bi pojelo. (Otpatke skuham mačkama). Narezati na kockice, začiniti solju, paprom, kimom i majčinom dušicom. Staviti sa strane dok se drugo ne pripremi.</span></div><div><span style="font-size: medium;">Poriluk dobro oprati i na sitno narezati. Baciti u express lonac na maslinovo ulje. Mrkvu oguliti i narezati na kolutiće. Papriku narezati na kockice i dodati ostalom u lonac. Posoliti, popapriti, dodati slatku i ljutu papriku. Početi pirjati, zatim dodati začinjeno meso. Kada se meso zaprži doliti pasatu i vode da sve prekrije. Zatvoriti express lonac i pustiti oko 15 minuta kuhati (Zepter). Otvoriti i dodati krumpir narezan na kockice. Zatvoriti opet na 5 minuta. Kada je kuhano dodati češnjak i peršin. Najbolje je da vam gulaš malo odstoji jer će se lijepo zgusnuti, a ne kao ja ispeći nepce jer jurim na posao. Već dugo vremena planiram snimanje jednostavnih, kratkih recepata, koji će moći i oni malo manje iskusniji savladati. </p><p>Jednom mi je prijateljica koja je radila kolač po mom receptu i gdje je pisalo blanširanje badema, pitala što to znači. Skužila sam zapravo, da neke stvari za koje ja mislim da su razumljive drugima nisu. Tu sam odlučila snimati recepte, ali vremena nigdje. Djeca su uglavnom doma, jer im epidemija ne dopušta ni treniranje, ni neke pretjerane izlaske. Zamolila sam ih ako bi mi pomogle snimati. Trebamo od nekuda početi. </p><p>Indukcijsko kuhalo sam kupila upravo radi ovog snimanja. Djeca su preuzela apsolutno sve, kako znaju postupak, same su složile kompoziciju, snimale mobitelom i kasnije montirale. Ja sam prezadovoljna, ne samo što je prvi put, nego stvarno izgleda super, možete i sami ocijeniti. Uglavnom sam se držala recepta. Izmijenila sam oštro brašno u glatko i ubacila začine umjesto mješavine za medenjake, koristila maslac i u sredinu dodala marcipan.</p><p>Ja sam jednostavno oduševljena ovim kolačem, ne zaostaje ni malo za onim kupovnim. Pustiti da se omekšaju koliko toliko...U 1 dcl zagrijanog mlijeka staviti kvasac i žlicu šećera. Pustiti da se zapjeni. U veću posudu staviti brašno, naribani maslac, dodati jaja, kiselo vrhnje, začine, šećer, vanilin šećer, koricu limuna, sol te uzdignuti kvasac. Zamijesiti...Voće ocijediti i dodati u tijesto kao i orašaste plodove. Mijesiti dok se sve ne prožme. Tijesto pusititi da se diže (oko sat vremena). Kada je naraslo (neće puno zbog masnoće), podijeliti na tri dijela, kao i marcipan. Od marcipana napraviti valjke, veličine kakve ćete napraviti štručice. Tijesto malo izvaljati, u sredinu staviti valjčić marcipana i sve urolati kao da povijate dijete...</span><span style="color: #333333; font-family: times;">Na protvan staviti masni papir i prebaciti tri štruce. </span><span style="color: #333333; font-family: times;">Pustiti da se još malo diže. Upaliti pećnicu na 200 stupnjeva. Staviti peći 15 minuta, a zatim smanjiti temperaturu na 180 i peći još 20-25 minuta (ovisno o pećnici). U međuvremenu rastopiti 50 g maslaca te time premazati vruće kruščiće i obilato posuti šećerom u prahu. Kada se skroz ohlade, zamotati u alu foliju, staviti u vrećicu i pohraniti na tamno mjesto. U nekim receptima piše da smjesa ide na hlađenje, što naravno možete, ali ja sam u jednom cugu sve napravila. Znači, sve sastojke, osim badema sam sjedinila, umiješala i na kraju dodala cijele bademe (nije ih potrebno rezati, ni usitanjavati). Smjesa je dosta ljepljiva i u ovom trenutku bi je malo trebalo ohladiti da se štruce lakše mogu formirati. Moje su nezgrapne, jer tko bi čekao hlađenje. Umijesila sam tri tanke štruce i stavila peći na 180 stupnjeva oko 15 minuta. Malo su mi uhvatili odozdola, izgleda da pećnica rikava, ali im to ne umanjuje ukus. Kada štruce izvadite trebalo bi pustiti da se malo rashlade jer ih morate u koso rezati, što ja opet nisam čekala, pa su mi pucali. U jednoj posudi dodati brašno i sol. Vodu malo zagrijati. U mlaku
vodu dodati kvasac i šećer, promiješati i ostaviti desetak minuta da se
kvasac digne.<br />Napraviti udubljenje u sredini brašna, pa dodati
kvasac, jogurt i ulje. Zamijesiti tijesto. Umijesiti meko i elastično tijesto.<br />Tijesto
prebaciti na pobrašnjenu podlogu i pustiti da se diže. U međuvremenu napraviti punjenje.<br />Špinat blanširati, ja ga usitnim štapnim mikserom kada se blanšira. Kapulu sitno iskosati i malo prodinstati na ulju, dodati špinat i sve dinstati par minuta,
da ispari višak tekućine. Zatim dodati ljutu papriku, dobro promiješati i ostaviti da se malo prohladi. Kad je
prohlađeno, rukom izdrobiti fetu u špinat i još jednom sve izmiješati.<br />Tijesto premijesiti i napraviti male loptice. Svaku lopticu tanko razvaljati i pokapati s malo maslinovog ulja i premazati filom, preklopiti gornju i donju stranu
tijesta ka sredini, tako da se ne preklapaju, već se samo dodiruju, zatim lijevu i desnu. Malo rukom spljoštiti gozlemu da
bude tanja. Ponovite postupak s ostalim kuglicama.<br />Staviti grill tavu da se zagrije bez dodavanja ulja. Gozlemu premažite s jedne strane s
malo ulja, pa stavite u tavu, tako da premazana strana bude prema
dole. Smanjiti temperaturu pečenja i peći gozlemu dok jedna strana ne dobije lijepu boju. Dok se prva strana peče, gornju stranu premazati
uljem, pa okrenite gozlemu, da i druga strana dobije boju. Polako završava moj prisilni godišnji. Pre više sam si toga zadala i možda mi se čini da sam malo toga napravila, ali nisam...Uživala sam sa svojom familijom, zasadila vrt u visoke gredice, nešto počistila, nešto crtkala, kuhala, slikala...ma super...sve u svemu...<br />

Dugo sam planirala pozabaviti se vučenim tijestom. Za to stvarno treba imati vremena. U jednoj kuharici vidjela sam štrukle s heljdom. Baš ono što ja volim. Znala sam da ne može biti loše. Za svaki slučaj familiji sam napravila leću, ako im se ovo ne svidi. Svi su pojeli i bilo je odlično. Cure nisu previše oduševljene, ali su pojele.<br />

Mislila sam kako nisam talentirana za vučena tijesta, ali toliko mi se lijepo razvilo da pod hitno ponavljam, sada s nekim drugim punjenjem, ali koristim opet ovaj recept za tijesto jer je tako podatno.<br />

Od navedenih sastojaka umijesiti tijesto. Vodu dodavati postepeno. Tijesto podijeliti na tri dijela, premazati uljem i pustiti da odstoji najmanje sat vremena. Za to vrijeme napraviti nadjev.<br />
Heljdu skuhati u slanoj vodi (oko 20 minuta), pa pomiješati s kapulom i pancetom koji se kratko preprži na masti. Pustiti da se nadjev hladi dok se razvlači tijesto. Stol prekriti stolnjakom. Posuti brašnom i na njemu razvući tijesto. Ja sam ga najprije istanjila valjkom koliko sam mogla, zatim sam ga vrtjela na šakama i na kraju izvlačila od sredine prema krajevima dok nije postalo prozirno. Pustiti da se posuši desetak minuta. Debele rubove odrezati (napravila sam štrudlu od njih, bude malo tvrđe, ali se ipak da izvaljati). Kore premazati rastopljenim maslacem i posuti nadjevom od heljde. Zarolati pomoću stoljnjaka. Prebaciti štrudlu u lim premazan rastopljenim maslacem i narezati na jastučiće. Meni su ispale tri, odnosno četiri, ali sam u četvrtu stavila jabuke. Obilno ih premazati maslacem i staviti peći na 180 stupnjeva doke kore ne poprime boju oko 20-30 minuta. Za to vrijeme tostirati narezane bučine sjemenke. Preliti ispečene štrukle bučinim uljem i posuti tostiranim sjemenkama. <br />

Danas sam bauljajući s rukavicama i maskom po trgovinama naletjela na tunu s nekom smiješnom cifrom. Odmah sam je uzela. Bila bi i češće na našem stolu da nije toliko skupa. Ja je obožavam. Uzela sam tri velike fete i mislila kako ću je samo baciti na gril s češnjakom i maslinovim. Ali ja kao ja, malo sam listala po svojim knjižicama i naišla na Lidlovog Tomaža koji kaže da se tunu uvalja u smrvljeni korijander, crni i bijeli sezam. Ništa...narezala sam tunu na kockice i uvaljala u sve to skupa. Hmmm, to je stvarno jedan poseban doživljaj, toliko se sve to skupa slaže da je nevjerojatno. Uz to sam poslužila crvenu blitvu koja mi raste u kamenjaru s cvijećem. Malo gorčasti okus ima za razliku od obične. Tuno sam naravno spekla do kraja jer djeca tako vole, a vi po vašem guštu...<br />

Recept je proizvoljan...ja sam uzela oko 90 dkg tune, toliko je stalo u tri komada. Istucala sam u mužaru oko 3 žlice korijandrovih sjemenki i sezama koliko me pitalo za napraviti omotač. Par godina već radim ovu šunku u kruhu, ali nikako da je poslikam. Uvijek je nekako bila nefotogenična. Zapravo ja nikako nisam nalazila vremena da napravim set i lijepo je odrežem. A ove godine, vremena kao u priči na Uskrs. Svi smo doma, dečki kuhaju, odnosno rade peku, doručak kod sestre, a ja uživam u svojim sitnim radostima.<br />
Zapamtit ćemo 2020. po virusu koji je paralizirao cijeli svijet. Ponekad se pitam kako je to moguće. S druge strane ipak mislim kako je tom istom svijetu trebao netko pritisnuti pauzu. Nažalost to je napravio virus. Zaustavio je ljude, da priroda prodiše, da ptice propjevaju i ribe zaplivaju. Nadam se da ćemo i nešto naučiti iz svega ovoga...<br />

voda zavrije, na umjerenoj temperaturi kuhati šunku oko 90 minuta. Kad se šunka
skuha, izvadite je iz vode i pustite da se ohladi. Tijesto razvaljati na
debljinu od oko 1 centimetara te da bude dvostruko duže od veličine šunke. U
zdjelici pomiješati senf, smeđi šećer, mljeveni klinčić, piment i crni papar u
prahu pa smjesom premazati ohlađenu šunku. Tijesto omotati oko šunke, i pustite
da tako odleži 30 minuta prije stavljanja u pećnicu. Staviti peći u prethodnu
zagrijanu pećnicu na 180 Celzijevih stupnjeva oko 45 minuta do sat vremena dok
ne dobije zlatnosmeđu boju. Šunku pustiti da se ohladi prije rezanja. Ja sam je

Dobila sam neplanirano slobodan dan. Zamislila sam puno stvari i gotovo sve realizirala. Možda bolje da nisam unaprijed znala da imam slobodno jer bi sigurno smislila neko landranje. Ovako sam ostala doma i uz dvije šetnje, bavila se svojim hobijem, za koje od kada radim ujutro i imam jedan slobodan dan, više nemam vremena. Cijelo vrijeme sam mislila kako ću napraviti zdravi kolač od kikirikija, a onda sam se sjetila da imam hrpu limuna i krenula pretraživati recepte. Kupila sam i rižino brašno koje do sada nisam koristila u kuhinji i htjela ukomponirati. Nastao je ovaj limun kolač. Zapravo više je kao nekakav limun slatki kruščić, ali meni paše.<br />

Za miješanje sam koristila samo pjenjaču. Posebno odvojiti suhe, posebno mokre sastojke, zatim ih sjediniti. Pećnicu zagrijati na 180 stupnjeva i staviti peći u podugoljastom kalupu za kruh. Dok se kolač peče, zamiješati glazuru i preliti je preko ispečenog kolača. Posuti mrvicama kokosa.<br />

E sada...moji kad su probali bilo im je ok, no tražili su nakon toga nešto slatko. Kolač nije sladak, u njemu nema šećera već je samo med. Meni je skroz ok, šećer mi uopće ne treba. Limun se tako divno osjeti...<br />

Kada sam ja bila mala hit su bile Raffaelo kuglice s mlijekom u prahu. Mene mlijeko u prahu odbija...malo sam istraživala i našla Raffaelo od samo tri sastojka, a ni malo ne zaostaje za onim kupovnim ili onim s mlijekom u prahu.<br />

Cure su ove godine bile neumorne i napravile 13 vrsta kolača. Nisam stigla sve poslikati jer imamo cijelu obitelj Badnjak i Božić na ručku. Trenutno imam PTSP od svega. Ukočilo me, prehladila sam se i godišnji provodim ležeći...nadam se boljem...<br />

Čokoladu i slatko vrhnje otapati na laganoj vatri (ne smije zakuhati). Kada se otopilo dodati kokos, ohladiti i staviti u frižider na 2 sata najmanje. Raditi loptice i u svaku stavljati badem. Mi smo stavili cijele sirove, a vi možete blanširati ili prepržiti ili staviti lješnjak, kako vam paše...<br />
